Sonya L. Williams, MS, is the Program Research Manager for the Behavioral Medicine in Chronic Conditions Research Group (BMCC-RG) in the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension and a member of the Vitality Research Group in the lab of Dr. Devika Nair at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She holds a Masters in Clinical Research Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Radiation Therapy from Austin Peay State University.
Her role as Program Research Manager is to plan, coordinate and execute assigned research projects. She works with the team members on a daily basis to analyze and resolve research issues promptly and accurately while coordinating with management in determining research priorities and developing research roadmaps.
