Jessica L. Castilho, MD, MPH, is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases within the Department of Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Dr. Castilho has a clinical and research interest in the long-term complications of chronic HIV infection. Her research has focused on non-infectious diseases in HIV-infected adults on antiretroviral therapy, particularly cancer outcomes. She is also interested in the clinical and immunologic consequences of aging in HIV-infected adults. Her epidemiologic research has benefited from collaborations with leading investigators in Brazil.

With a strong commitment to global health, Dr. Castilho also serves as the medical director of the Vanderbilt International Travel Clinic.
