Uugantsetseg Munkhjargal, MD, PhD, originally from Mongolia, earned her MD from Mongolia National University of Medical Sciences, which was followed by a master's degree in Medical Sciences. She received her PhD in Cardiovascular Sciences from Tokushima Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. Uka enjoys traveling, cooking, diving, hiking, and cycling.
