The DeFilippis Lab's very own Shubham Tomar has been honored with a Stroke Travel Grant by the American Heart Association's Council on Stroke. This prestigious award comes as part of the 2024 Scientific Sessions, which will take place from November 15-18 in Chicago, Illinois. Shubham's award-winning abstract, titled "Relationship between Subclinical Myocardial Injury and Global Cognitive Performance: MESA" has earned him this recognition.
