On behalf of Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center, we are honored to formally invite you to participate as a sponsor for the 2026 Stem Cell Transplant Symposium. The symposium is scheduled for August 29, 2026, at 7:30 a.m. in Nashville, TN. The SCT Symposium is a full-day program being curated by Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center with an audience of approximately 100 attendees, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and fellows. Our goal is to educate on the advances in Stem Cell Transplant and CAR T cell therapies. We believe that your support will be a valuable addition to our event.
Your $5,000 sponsorship will provide the opportunity to exhibit, with space provided in the hallway outside the main speaking room.

1 - How do I become a sponsor?
Please register through Eventbrite by selecting a Sponsorship ticket. Following registration please reach out to SCT_Symposium@vumc.org to finalize the Exhibitor Agreement and register any additional representatives.
2 - What's Included in a sponsorship ticket?

3 - What is the deadline for submission?
The deadline to purchase a sponsor ticket is August 5, 2026.
4 - What if I want to bring more than two representatives?
The $5,000 Sponsorship allows for two representatives to attend and share a table space. If additional representatives would like to attend, a second sponsorship ticket must be purchased.
5 - How do I register as a second representative?

6 - Can I attend the event as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL)?
Yes. As an MSL, you can register to attend through our Eventbrite using the “Non-VUMC Physician” ticket. Please click here to register. You may not wear attire with company logos while in the education space.
7 - What payment methods are accepted? (Sponsors only)
All sponsors must register through the Eventbrite site, but will have the option to pay by card, check or ACH. Please reach out to SCT_Sypmosium@vumc.org for ACH information.
