Research Base
Vanderbilt Digestive Disease Center Investigators are faculty members who have research programs with a digestive disease component. Associate member status is awarded to attract young investigators into the field of digestive disease research by supporting pilot projects and allowing them some utilization of the VDDRC core facilities. Members in the Academy of Investigators are those who are establishing a research career.
All levels of Digestive Disease Center members are organized into three categories depending on their particular research interest.
