Faculty who wish to become a member of the VGI should contact the Institute's Project Manager, Cara Sutcliffe.
All member appointments will be for a three year period and re-appointment will require only continued interest by the member and approval from the VGI Director.
Members are expected to take an active role in supporting the VGI by:
- Attendance at VGI events such as the annual Genetics Symposium and Retreat
- Attendance at the Genetics Interest Group, Seminar Series and faculty meetings
- Use of related core services
- Furthering the Institute's mission through continued research, service and mentoring
Members may be eligible for small VGI core grants if available.
