              Diane Crawford, RN, is a cardiovascular research specialist who manages Dr. Ben Shoemaker's research with an emphasis on genetics of arrhythmias. She has been a part of Vanderbilt’s arrhythmia program since 1982 and has a combined 43 years of academic and industry research experience in cardiac electrophysiology. She has worked with Dr. Shoemaker since 2015 and now serves as the Program Manager for the Atrial Fibrillation Precision Medicine Research Program.
