Travis Spaulding, MD

Travis Spaulding, MD, is a former Clinical Fellow in the Division of Hematology and Oncology and plans to pursue a career studying malignant hematology. His work centers around using large data sets to assess the how comorbidities inform classification and prognosis of myeloid disease and clonal hematopoiesis.

He graduated from the University of Kentucky, where he majored in biology and psychology. He returned home to Louisville for medical school, where he was involved in class executive leadership, curricular development, and the distinction in business and leadership track. He is a member of the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha.
