Veterans Aging Cohort Study
In collaboration with the Veterans Aging Cohort Study (VACS) Consortium, led by Dr. Amy Justice at Yale University, we have constructed, a unique cohort with the potential to provide investigators from across our institution and beyond with the ability to study even rare diseases, rapidly, efficiently, and thoroughly.
META HIV CVD Randomized Control Trial
Our P01 center grant funded by NIAAA titled “Microbiome, mETabolites and Alcohol in HIV to reduce CVD (META HIV CVD)” will conduct the first precision microbiome supplementation randomized control trial among people living with HIV who are heavy drinkers.
