Rashundra Oggs, RN, FNP, is a research nurse practitioner for the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine and Vanderbilt Translational and Clinical Cardiovascular Research Center at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Her research focus is on cardiovascular disease and obesity, pulmonary hypertension and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction.

Oggs is currently working on clinical and translational research predominantly focused on the role of PDE5 inhibition on adipose metabolism in humans, heart failure with preserved ejection fraction and the clinical and mechanistic understanding of right ventricular steatosis in pulmonary arterial hypertension.
