Yong Zou, MS

Yong Zou, MS is involved with research related to the behavior of early lung adenocarcinomas. To elucidate the underlining mechanisms leading to varied outcomes of lung cancer, he studies the genomics and proteomics of the lung tumor tissues and normal lung tissues using state-of-the-art technologies such as Next Generation Sequencing, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), multiplex immunohistochemistry and single cell analysis using CYTOF. In addition, his lab has developed two transgenic mouse models for the tumorigenesis projects; mouse models are being maintained for use by the lab members.
