Human Immunology

This clinic was founded and started by Dr. Elizabeth Phillips in March 2014 who was recruited as Director of Personalized Immunology  and the John A. Oates Chair in Clinical Research.  Dr. Phillips brings her experience of over 25 years in clinical care and research in this area with a vision and mission in line with the Center for Drug Safety and Immunology to provide excellence in care that maximizes the safety and efficacy of drug therapy for patients.  The clinic uses specialized testing techniques that help define true immediate and delayed drug reactions and helps remove drug allergy labels that might be true.  The clinic has expertise in evaluating and giving advice on complex and life threatening drug hypersensitivity reactions.
