Dana King, BS

Dana King is a senior research specialist and laboratory manager for the Center for Drug Safety and Immunology. Her primary role is leading the procurement of optimal biospecimens across the U.S. for the North American Therapeutics In Epidermal Necrolysis Syndrome (NATIENS) clinical trial. 

She has nearly 25 years of laboratory experience at VUMC across multiple disciplines, and 10 years of clinical experience coordinating a wound care practice in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area. She is also a member of the HIV Vaccine Trials Network (HVTN) Clinical Trials Unit, Dr. Spyros Kalams laboratory, and the Center for AIDS Research (CFAR) core at VUMC.​
