Mohammed Sika, PhD, is a Research Professor of Medicine in the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension within the Department of Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He completed his MS in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Minnesota and received his PhD in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Illinois.
