Peter Martin, MD

Peter Martin, MD, is a Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. His research and scholarly interests include the molecular basis, diagnosis, and treatment of drug use disorders with an emphasis on substance-induced mental disorders and co-occurring psychiatric disorders.

Dr. Martin treats drug use and addictive disorders and associated psychiatric disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings at Vanderbilt using an integrated pharmacopsychosocial approach to treatment.
